Güneş’te G4 seviyesinde meydana gelen şiddetli patlamanın ardından jeomanyetik fırtınalar yaşanıyor.

NOAA (Ulusal Okyanus ve Atmosfer Dairesi) bildirisine göre bu fırtınaların, elektronik aletler ve elektronik araçların bozulmasına sebebiyet verebileceği gibi elektrik gitmeleri de yaşanabilir.

Bu patlama sonrası Türkiye’de yeniden Kuzey Işıkları görülebilir.
